Is a Woman-Owned and Operated Business. It was established in 2008 as a DBA and incorporated in 2012. Our hotel management and customer service background is a plus in keeping all of our clients and tenants happy with an exemplary service history.
Company History
In 2008, when the housing market crashed, my husband’s contracting business which I managed was forced to close its doors. However, like the bible says, God wouldn’t close one door without opening a window. I pivoted to managing the properties of our then largest client and investor, established my DBA, and four years later in 2012, JJ Property Management & Realty was incorporated. We have since grown drastically and now manage hundreds of units for dozens of clients across Rhode Island.
Mission
Our mission is to actively manage your passive income properties and handle the day to day tasks of overseeing your rentals including but not limited to: tenant selection, rent collection, maintenance, inspections etc., for private investors and individual homeowners. This allows you to focus on what you do best, maximizing your profits. We will be the link between you and the tenants, but most of all represent you, our clients with honesty and integrity. We focus on eliminating the headaches of owning and maintaining rental properties
Vision
JJ Property Management & Realty Inc. will become the bilingual liaison for our present and future clients in Providence RI and the surrounding cities. My staff and I will manage your properties and list them should you decide to sell, and more important, we will eliminate the stress of owning rental properties and where everyone will be treated as a family with personalized attention, with integrity because that is our culture, and that is our promise to you.
