Jackie Alvarez is the Founder, Broker/Owner of JJ Property Management & Realty Inc., where she and her dedicated team are committed to assisting you with all your property management, residential sales, and rental needs. With over twenty years of experience in customer service, primarily within the hospitality industry, Jackie finds deep fulfillment in working with people, regardless of the task at hand.
She has established a proven track record of success in providing property management services for private investors and individual homeowners throughout New England. Jackie relocated to Rhode Island in 2004 from New York City with her husband, Johnny Suarez, with whom she shares over 28 years of marriage and five wonderful children.
A proud graduate of the 2010 Latina Leader Institute, Jackie is actively involved in the Latinx community, participating in numerous organizations and committees. Her affiliations include the Rhode Island Latino Political Action Committee, the Rhode Island Civic Fund (RILCF), and the Rhode Island Latina Leadership Institute (LLI).
In 2016, JJ Property Management & Multiservice Inc. was honored to be part of the inaugural cohort of Goldman Sachs’ 10,000 Small Businesses program at the Warwick CCRI campus. Jackie’s extensive experience in the industry makes her a valuable asset to the Latinx community in Rhode Island.
