Company History
In 2008, when the housing market crashed, my husband’s contracting business which I managed was forced to close its doors. However, like the bible says, God wouldn’t close one door without opening a window. I pivoted to managing the properties of our then largest client and investor, established my DBA, and four years later in 2012, JJ Property Management & Realty was incorporated. We have since grown drastically and now manage hundreds of units for dozens of clients across Rhode Island.
